The Grey Book, printed in an edition of 100 copies in 1982, was gifted to the 22 Masters recognized by Hawayo Takata. The text is in English with the Therapy Guide of Hayashi in Japanese.
This 40th anniversary limited edition of 1500 exact copies, authorized by the estate of Phyllis Lei Furumoto and the Office of the Grandmaster, was reproduced from Phyllis’ personal copy.
Alice Takata Furumoto published the Grey Book in 1982 as a gift to the Reiki Masters her mother, Hawayo Takata, had initiated. The Grey Book team wants to continue this legacy of generosity by offering translations of the original text as a gift to the worldwide Reiki community.
We invite you to be part of this legacy of giving. Join the Grey Book project by making a financial offering toward more translations of this text.
